My Magic Mocha for 2

DIY dugout: Sarah Reister

Ingredients:

  In a blender combine the following: 

  • 16oz strong, hot coffee 

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee 

  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides 

  • 1 Tbsp organic cacao powder 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 1 drop Nutmeg Vitality 

  • Swirl in 1 toothpick dip each of Cinnamon Bark essential oil, Clove essential oil, and Ginger essential oil 

Blend 30 seconds or until frothy & creamy.Divide into 2 mugs and sip & savor this nourishing, adrenal supporting, antioxidant-boosted cup of Joe :) 

Oil face cleaning recipe (0.01% dilution):  

  • Prepare 2 10ml roller balls at a time 

  • Add 1 drop cinnamon essential oil in 20 ml argan oil 

  • Pour into 2 roller balls 

  • Roll on face, steam with a hot washcloth over your face, and wipe off with washcloth
