Use this recipe to help your kids feel refreshed, positive, and secure in their beds.
Ingredients:
3 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
3 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
3 drops Grapefruit essential oil
Water with witch-hazel or sea salt
Spray bottle
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a spray bottle and spray around your child’s room at bedtime to help them have a great night’s sleep.
